These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of topical2day.com (the "Site") and the digital products sold on it, operated by Keketsi Opulence (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa ("we", "us", "our").

By purchasing or downloading any product from this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What we sell

We sell digital, downloadable, topic-organized practice papers written by Keketsi Opulence (Pty) Ltd. Our materials are original questions and worked content created for secondary and pre-university level study, covering subjects including Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, organized across Foundation and Advanced tiers. All products are delivered electronically as PDF files. No physical goods are shipped.

Topical2Day is an independent producer of original educational study materials for personal, self-directed learning.

2. Access and delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive lifetime access to download the PDFs for the specific subject/paper section purchased, tied to the email address used at checkout. Access is granted by verifying your email via a one-time secure link. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address.

3. Payment processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who act as the Merchant of Record for all purchases made on this Site. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and related compliance. Your payment details are handled directly by Paddle and are never stored by us.

4. Acceptable use

• Purchased materials are for your own personal, non-commercial study use only.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or upload purchased materials to any other platform, file-sharing service, or third party.
• You may not attempt to circumvent the access/verification system to obtain materials without payment.

6. Accuracy of materials

Our practice papers are written and organized by us for topical study purposes. While we take care to ensure content is accurate, we do not guarantee the materials are free of errors, and they are intended as a supplementary study aid rather than a substitute for your school's or tutor's own teaching materials.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchased materials, including exam outcomes.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
